She holds a Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts and a Level 3 IVQ Advanced Diploma in Teaching, Training and Assessing awarded by The City & Guilds of London Institute- UK.
She is a member of the IACP- International Association of Culinary Professionals.
